These coaching sessions combine somatic body-based practices, ancient tantric and taoist practices, with the most up to date research in neuroscience and psychology to give you a truly holistic mind-body-spirit approach to achieving your desires.
Most coaching and therapy only works on a mind level, but my coaching works so much deeper. We work on all levels - mind, body, emotion, spirit - allowing you to get to the root of what holds you back.

After our sessions, I send you personalized guided audio practices to help you integrate what we did in the session.
These can include: self-pleasure practices, meditations, breathwork, body exploration, cathartic emotion practices, and more.

After every sessions, I send you a details email follow up, re-counting the session and everything we did together.
Often, the work in the sessions goes incredibly deep, and it's not always easy to remember everything that unfolds.
By reading back through, you'll be able to further integrate, as well as see and track over 10 weeks everything that we've done together and how you've changed over the course of the work.
WHAT MAKES THIS COACHING SO EFFECTIVE?
First off, has any self-help or therapy or healing modality you've used actively included and talked about sexuality?
Most don't. Most leave out this fundamental part of our humanness. Most therapists and family counselors aren't actually trained in sexuality!
Sexuality is one of the deepest places you can go. It's territory that is so unchartered for most people that the potential and capacity for self-transformation through sexuality is huge.
The way you relate to your sexuality correlates to the way you relate to your body, your emotions, your breath, your thoughts, your ability to say yes to pleasure (and all goodness), your capacity for intimacy, self-trust, internal safety, and so much more.
Sexuality has been so repressed for most of us, that within it we find some of our deepest beliefs around being loved, belonging, feeling safe, and what keeps us from being fully seen and expressed in the world.
In the realms of psychology and neuroscience, most therapy only works on a cognitive (mind) level. The cognitive or cortical part of your brain is interested in planning, categorizing, fixing, judging, analyzing. But our biggest blocks go far deeper than the thinking mind. They live deep down in our subconscious - and those subconscious beliefs are stored in deeper parts of the brain - the limbic and primal systems - and you can only access those parts through the body.
Also, the coaching doesn't stop with our weekly sessions. You get tailored, specialized practices to guide you into deeper integration and healing in between our sessions, giving you all the tools and resources you need to be able to support and empower yourself.

You'll learn sacred self-pleasure practices to help you connect to your body, activate pleasure, release old conditioning, and reclaim your wild, beautiful, sexy, confident self. By reconnecting you to your sexuality and pleasure, you'll be reconnected to your life-force, Self-pleasure is your most powerful medicine.
INNER ECOLOGY OF LOVE, SAFETY, & BELONGING
Love, safety, & belonging are three things we long for as human beings and we spend a strong majority of our time and energy searching for this in others. Without the presence of these three things, transformation gets stunted. You'll learn to self-generate and truly embody this inner ecology of love, safety, and belonging through deep body-mind neurological re-programming.
BREATHWORK
Breathwork is one of the most powerful holistic healing tools I've worked with. Breathwork will help you digest and integrate pain, trauma, conditioning, and deep belief systems that keep you small. Breathwork works by bringing the unconscious - what lies in your primal brain - into the conscious. Breathwork is also one of the fastest ways to come home to your body, your center, and the present moment.
INNER-CHILD INTEGRATION
We are all moving through life trying to re-write the wounding from our childhood. Your inner child is a key part of you, most likely keeping you from your greatest success and your deep desires, because she is working hard to get her needs met with outdated methods. You'll go through deep processes to liberate your inner child wounding, and activate empowered parts of you that can care for your inner child, and step forward into what you truly desire.
EMOTIONAL LIBERATION
Our true, beautiful, bold, alive selves are often stuck under layers and layers of frozen emotion. Emotions we didn't get to feel, that have become stuck inside of us, taking up immense space that's toxic for our system. When our emotions are stuck, there is a rigidness and a lack of full vibrancy to our lives. Through tantric liberation practices you'll be able to purge stuck emotions, creating more space, more freedom, more aliveness for your beautiful creativity.
ENERGY ACTIVATION
Energy is infinite. And it's essential for creativity. It's a constant presence that gets overlooked.
We've been taught to solve all problems from a mind-level, and this leaves our energy body stuck. Our creativity and it's immense power gets blocked because of fear patterns, old conditioning, and a lack of vibrancy in our energy body. Through different practices, you'll be able to tap into and feel your own energy, to uplift your body's capacity for creative success, love, & freedom.
WHAT QUALIFIES ME TO GUIDE YOU?
In addition to my 600+ hours of training in female sexuality and empowerment, Breathwork training, and years teaching and facilitating breathwork and meditation, I've been in the creative arts for 13 years as an actress and writer, and I've tried my hand at directing, producing, song-writing, and music performance.
I understanding the plight and unique struggles artists face. I've also been on my own deep journey into the depths of my own blocked sexuality.
I came to sexuality work because I felt almost dead in my own life and my own body when I started this work.
I felt confused about my life, what I was doing, and felt a deep dissatisfaction and fear with where my life was headed.
For the past 5 years I have tried a lot of self-development and healing work, and I can say confidently that this is some the most powerful work out there.
You can ask my closest friends, I don't mess around with things that are meaningless, ineffective, or on the surface. Perhaps to a fault, I have absolutely no patience for it. I seek immense depth in my own life, and I will guide you in alignment with that depth if that is what you are seeking.
