MY STORY

I spent a lot of years disconnected from my body, in deep shame around my sexuality, spinning in circles creatively, stuck in unsatisfying jobs, romantic relationships, friendships, and feeling resigned to a life that was 'mediocre' at best.

I was disconnected from my essence, from my magic, from my agency.

I could subtly sense this fiery, creative, sexual, fully expressive part of me, but it was buried so deeply under shame and fear and numbness, I couldn't access it.

Learning how to connect to and listen to my body, healing and awakening my sexuality, and going on the deep initiatory process of healing the mother wound and experiencing the Great Mother, brought me back to life.

I had newfound access to the parts of myself that I had felt cut off from for years.

I claimed my voice.

I claimed my body.

I claimed my truth.

I claimed that magical, mystical, powerful woman I am.

I want

every woman

to experience

this aliveness.

I'm here to help wake women up out of that all too familiar story.

We are living in a culture that severs our connection to the sacred, to the spiritual, to the truth of who we are.
